What we collect
Only what we need to quote and do the job: how to reach you, your suburb, photos of the books, access notes (stairs, parking, an entry code) and the time that suits you.
What we don’t do with it
We don’t sell your details. Photos you send are for the quote and the pickup. We don’t post them unless you say that’s okay.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the photos and the details you send. We’ll say whether pickup is free or whether the collection is worth paying for.
Authorised clearances
We only clear books we’re authorised to take. If you’re the owner, the executor, or otherwise allowed to hand them over, tell us when you book.
What we can’t take
Damp or mouldy books are the only books we don’t take.
If something needs sorting
Talk to us. A missed time, a book you meant to keep, or a quote that needs another look — phone or email and we’ll sort it plainly. There’s no call centre.
Changes
When this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
